Welcome to Christian Parties.
Here are the Terms and Conditions for having a Christian Party. These are subject to change, however, whatever is agreed on your actual Party application, once approved by Christian Parties, and signed by both yourself and Christian Parties will stand for the date of that Party.
Please note that even if a Recurring Christian Party is scheduled, each particular event will have the Terms and Conditions that are valid on that day. Changes will be notified to the email address on the application for that Recurring Christian Party.
Definitions:
I or Me or We refers to the authorised signatory with both the authority and power to approve and pay for the Party (both Once Off or Recurring)
Christian Parties refers to William Richard Evans (South African ID Number 640724 5003 083)
Jesus Christ refers to the Only Living God, who is described in the section We Believe, found here
World refers to the kingdoms and systems of satan, ruler over all the kingdoms of Earth, until Jesus Christ returns.
All who agree to the following do so accepting that what is written is reasonable, acceptable and that they will abide by these Terms and Conditions before Jesus Christ, who is God Almighty, who alone will have jurisdiction over this Agreement. Failure to abide by this agreement is to agree that The Lord God has the right to discipline the offender(s) as He sees fit. As we are all declared children of God, breaches are resolved using the words of the Old King James Bible (excluding the words in italics). Breaches are not taken before a court of law or legal arbitration of this World.

Should we proceed with a Christian Party, I agree to all Below:
1. INDEMNITY:
(1.1) that all participants in activities will have indemnity forms signed by themselves (or in the case of minors, their parents / legal guardians, and that minors will be accompanied at all times by an accountable and responsible adult).
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
I agree to all Below:
(2.1) My personal Information captured here is for my exploration only, and may not be used by anyone but Christian Parties, and then only for engaging with me to answer queries and discuss party options;
(2.2) Christian Parties will use my Unique Entry Name in dealing with suppliers;
(2.3) Christian Parties will secure my personal information and abide by the South African POPI Act;
(2.4) Any further activity will be done on the Application Process.
3. PARTY DESIGN AND EXECUTION:
(3.1) Unless agreed to in writing by Christian Parties, I can only have a maximum of three activities in my party, and that these may be limited depending on how long I want the duration of my party to be, or that I provide for the execution of the Party;
(3.2) Activities can change from time to time, but once booked, they are as described in this form, or are as amended in the Application Process.
4. EXPECTATIONS:
(4.1) Planning for an event requires a proper undertanding of all expectations of all those involved;
(4.2) Sometimes, through no fault of the planners, suppliers, etc., emotions cloud the vision of the person wanting the party, and expectations that were hidden are not fulfilled;
(4.3) The above, and other situations regarding unclear expectations do not constitute a failure to deliver the event successfully.
5. RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PROCEED:
(5.1) Christian Parties reserves the right to disengage from delivering any party, whether started or not, if expectations are requested to be met, or additional acts are introduced, that are contrary to God's Word (we only consider the Old King James Bible as a reference, and we skip the italics) In such cases, all payments made will be forfeited by those paying for the party.
6. PRICING:
(6.1) Prices will be discussed after the desired party structure has been agreed;
(6.2) a Quote is provided where all suppliers have committed and provided their pricing;
(6.3) Additional costs added to the quote include:
(6.3.1) Distances to the venue over 20KMs from Christian Parties location (Sundowner, Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa);
(6.3.2) Mutually agreed accommodation, parking, and sustenance if overnight stays are required;
(6.4) Where Venues charge, venue prices will be added to the cost of the party, and will be based on the higher of: the number of persons originally booked for, or the number arriving on the day (whether participating or not).
7. QUOTES:
(7.1) Quotes are valid for seven days, or until the end of the month, whichever is sooner.
8. SUPPLIERS:
(8.1) Christian Parties will hold the relationship with the suppliers;
(8.2) Suppliers need to be agreed up-front.
(8.3) If a supplier is unable to deliver to the party, Christian Parties is permitted to replace such a supplier.
(8.3.1) the difference in cost being for Christian Parties to carry;
(8.3.2) where a Supplier is to be replaced at my request, the pre-existing supplier is still to be paid for as per the original signed agreement.
(8.4) the cost of the new supplier will be added as an additional Quote which must be paid for immediately.
(8.5) Any failure to accept the new supplier, or accept the new quote does not constitute a failure to deliver the event successfully.
9. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
(9.1) a Quote will need to be: (9.1.1) signed by my authorised signatory,
(9.1.2) the signed quote must be returned by email as acceptance of the quote;
(9.1.3) 50% of the quote must be paid as a deposit and must be cleared in Christian Parties account before the party can be scheduled.
(9.1.4) The balance will be due prior to the start of the party.
(9.2) I forfeit the 50% deposit should I cancell within 2 working days of the event date, as amongst other things, this covers the time, materials, and relationship costs already laid out by all suppliers.
10. REFUNDS:
(10.1) There are NO refunds if the event does not meet expectations, where the expectation goes beyond the ACTUAL wording of what was agreed to. (To be clear, anything implied is excluded);
(10.2) If anything is provided as an addition, this does not constitute a change to the agreement;
(10.3) In the unlikely event that unforseen circumstances on Christian Parties side prevents the party from proceeding, the payment received will be refunded, but only to those who made the payment(s).
